This job is from 3pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday, 3pm to 11 or 12 on Friday, Saturday 2 to 6 and Sunday 10 to 3. The hours will be between the caregiver and the client's needs.

We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s):

Home Health Aide/CNA - Clermont, 3-4 days a week - any combination of days, to include weekends.

Note that this position includes evening/night hours and will require remaining awake during night hours for patient care.

Job Description: As a CNA/HHA your responsibility will be to assist the client with maintaining their independence inside the home or while in the community. Some duties include personal care, assistance with medication, transportation to and from appointments, meal prep, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation, a current drivers license, and ability to drive your own vehicle.
• Must have a current and 'eligible' Level II background check prior to interview.
• Must have a current CPR card/certification
• Must have a negative TB test completed within the last 4 years.
• Must have a current active CNA or proof of HHA training with documentation. Please do not apply if you do not have home care experience or documentation!!! You will not be contacted for an interview.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
