About the Role:

Lady's Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Nashville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing hands-on care and support every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Tennessee

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong understanding of patient care, safety, and infection control procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to work independently as well as part of a care team

Reliable transportation and ability to meet scheduling requirements
