About the Role:

Join Wellspring Personal Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Lisle, IL, where you will provide compassionate care to our client in a supportive environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others while working with a team that values excellence and empathy. These are 12 hour shifts. Female CNA/DSPs needed. 2 years of behavioral health experience required. Competitive salary of $24/hour.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in the state of Illinois.

Experience in home health care or a related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

Reliable transportation and flexible availability for various shifts.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
