  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - must be (MO) Missouri licensed ****to join our care team. You will play a vital role in providing daily essential care to our residents/patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while maintaining strict adherence to Missouri state healthcare regulations.

    Shift Flexibility:
    Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).

    Missouri State Compliance & Requirements

    In accordance with Missouri law and DHSS safety standards, all applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

    • MO CNA Certification: Must hold a valid and active certification on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry.
      • Verification: We will perform an online certification verification prior to your start date.
    • Employee Disqualification List (EDL) Clearance: Per Section 192.2490, RSMo, we cannot employ any individual listed on the Missouri EDL. * Ongoing Compliance: To maintain a safe environment, we conduct an EDL check for all active employees every 90 days.
    • Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR): Applicants must be registered with the Missouri FCSR. If you are not currently registered, you are required by law to apply within 15 days of your hire date.
    • Background Checks: A Missouri State Highway Patrol criminal background check is required. A National Background Check will be conducted where applicable.
    • Annual TB Screening: You must provide proof of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) status within the last 12 months. Accepted documentation includes: * PPD (Skin Test) * IGRA (Blood Test, e.g., QuantiFERON) * Chest X-Ray (Required for those with a history of positive test results).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure).
    • Assist with safe transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and gait belts.
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients/residents.
    • Report any changes in a resident's physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse immediately.
