About the Role Caring Companions, LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate CNA to support a client in the Avon area. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and truly passionate about making a difference in a senior’s life.

This assignment requires a caregiver who understands the importance of routine, accurate documentation, patience, bedbound care, and safe feeding practices. Experience with Parkinson’s disease is a MUST.

Schedule & Pay

Hiring ASAP

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10am–2pm

Additional days may be added

$22/hour

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with ADLs

Assist with mobility while prioritizing safety and comfort

Support feeding and bedbound care with consistency and dignity

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Engage client in conversation, stimulation, and companionship

Document care accurately and timely

Communicate effectively with families and team members

Follow all safety and health protocols

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Hold a valid CNA certification

Have at least 2 years of professional caregiving experience

Have experience with Parkinson’s care

Be punctual, reliable, and professional

Be personable and able to build rapport

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Be able to lift, reposition, and assist with mobility safely

Be willing to undergo a background check and health screenings
