Part-Time Overnight CNA Opportunity – Make a Meaningful Impact with BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover!
BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover is seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! In this position, you will work 24-30 hours, every other Friday-Sunday, 10p-7a! If you're looking to make a difference while maintaining a flexible schedule, this is your chance to bring your heart to work.
Pay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)
BrightStar CNA Qualifications:
Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
If you are a HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required
A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) + Auto Insurance
Clean Driving Record
Must be at least 18yrs or older
Empathy for the needs of the client
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience

BrightStar CNA Job Responsibilities:
Drive to Client Homes
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
Report Client Condition Changes
Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
