Executive Home Care of Manassas is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA Caregiver to join our team in Manassas, VA. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Transport clients to appointments or errands as required

Requirements:

Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
