About the Role:

Sacred Touch Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish and English) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Manchester, CT. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in client condition to supervising staff

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring

Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date client records

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Connecticut

Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong understanding of patient care, safety protocols, and infection control

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Manchester, CT area

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
