About the Role:

Join Wellspring Personal Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Yorkville, IL, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are excited to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. CNA needed for a disabled person. Lift and transfer experience required. Valid driver's license and clear driving record required. This position includes driving an wheelchair adapted van.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.

Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.

Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to care strategies.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in the state of Illinois.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.

Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shifts.

Willingness to undergo background checks.
