About the Role:

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. With competitive pay ranging from $17-$19/hour, this is an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Administer medications and assist with mobility and exercises as directed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Participate in training and continuing education to enhance care skills.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

Requirements:

Current CNA or HHA certification in the state of Connecticut.

Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Background check clearance and CPR certification are a plus.

Passion for helping others and commitment to providing high-quality care.
