    Responsibilities:

    Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

    Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

    Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

    Medication Reminders and Meal Prep

    Companionship / Transportation:

    Health Monitoring: Observe and document clients' condition.

    Qualifications:

    CNA and/or extensive experience in adult caregiving, including ADL's.

    Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

    Experience in Memory Care is a plus.

    Compassionate and empathetic attitude.

    Punctuality and reliability, committed to consistent communication.

    Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
