Pay & Perks

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver working in a client’s home, you’ll provide personalized care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Monitoring changes in condition and communicating with the office

Documenting care notes

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and take pride in the care they provide.

Requirements:

Active Florida CNA license

Current CPR certification (in person)

Required home care trainings (Alzheimer’s/Dementia, HIV/AIDS, Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication – can be completed online if needed)

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel to client homes in the Jacksonville / Clay County area

Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
