About the Role:

Join Wellspring Personal Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care in a supportive environment, and we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team in the Chicagoland area. The schedule would be Sunday through Tuesday 8 AM to 8 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.

Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care practices.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.

Must pass background checks and health screenings.

Illinois driver's license required. Driving record will be verified
