About the Role:

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or HHA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our Southern Connecticut Clients. We are seeking Part Time CNA's and HHA's who live in and around the following areas:

Shelton, Ansonia, Seymour, Trumbull, Milford, Hamden, New Haven, Naugatuck.

Do you live in or around any of the above towns? Do you have experience with ADL's, Bedbound, Wheelchair Bound, Hoyer Lifts, Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Companionship? Are you comfortable with ADL's on both Male and Female clients? Are you able to transport a client to his or her appointments?

We have an uptick in new clients looking for care in Southern CT and we are looking to hire 5-8 new Caregivers to join our team!

Hiring ASAP: Hours are TBD Competitive Pay is based off Experience. $17-$19/hour

Seeking weekday and weekend caregivers, mornings and evenings, short hours and long hours. Caring Companions offers services to seniors all over Connecticut and we have a wonderful 3 hour minimum per shift.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or HHA.

2 years of hands-on professional experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
