Base pay starts at 17 dollars per hour and may increase depending on client care level

Full time and part time positions available

Shifts typically range from 4 to 12 hours depending on the client care plan

Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

Overview Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is hiring experienced caregivers who understand the importance of building trust dignity and meaningful relationships with clients.

Our office team works to match caregivers with clients that fit their experience schedule and location whenever possible.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting

Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention

Prepare simple meals and assist with light household tasks

Provide companionship supportive conversation and emotional support

Assist with transportation to appointments or errands when needed

Document care notes and communicate updates with the office team

Requirements

Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required

Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance

Experience supporting seniors preferred

Strong communication skills and a respectful compassionate approach

Ability to travel to client homes within the service area

Work Location Care is provided in person in client homes throughout Jacksonville Orange Park Fleming Island and nearby communities

Compensation: $17.00 base per hour, can be more depending on client care level
