About the Role:

Join WBM INC as a CNC FANUC Lathe Setup Man in Wheeling, IL, and play a crucial role in our precision manufacturing process. We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about machining and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC FANUC lathes to produce high-quality components.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.

Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in the workplace.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation, preferably with FANUC controls.

Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
