Title: CNC Grinder

Shift: First Shift, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: $24 - $34 per hour, depending on experience and ability

CNC Grinder Role:

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Grinder to operate and set up grinding machines, producing precision parts according to specifications. This role is essential for finishing components with high accuracy and surface quality at the Akron, OH location.

CNC Grinder Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines

• Perform OD/ID grinding operations

• Utilize conversational programming

• Conduct quality inspections of ground parts

• Maintain machine calibrations

• Troubleshoot grinding issues

• Follow all safety guidelines

• Keep accurate production records

CNC Grinder Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

About You:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of CNC grinding experience

• Proficient in OD/ID grinding

• Able to independently set up grinding jobs

• Capable of using conversational programming

• Own and maintain a complete set of hand tools

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Work efficiently in a production setting

• Adapt to changing production demands
