Job Description

We are seeking an Account Representative to join our team! You will be gathering information, getting quotes and presenting it to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Get proposals to customers within time limits
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years previous experience in Commercial Property, General Liability and Umbrella
• Comfortable with Agency Managements systems
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong excel skills
• Deadline, detail-oriented and multi-taking is a must
