Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team focused on precision machining and quality production. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and producing parts that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Verify dimensions and tolerances meet engineering specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Document production and quality information accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing schedules
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operation experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC setup experience
- Basic CNC programming knowledge
