Position: CNC Machinist Location: Savannah, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment

Program CNC Machines using G-Code for variety of parts

Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Document production data and maintain accurate records

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred)

2+ years of CNC machining experience

Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials

Proficiency with measuring instruments and inspection tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CAD/CAM software

Knowledge of G-code programming

Experience with multi-axis machining
