    About the Company

This well-established manufacturing firm delivers precision-machined components to global clients across North America, Mexico, and Europe. With a reputation for technical excellence and consistent quality, the company offers a hands-on environment where craftsmanship and problem-solving are valued. Join a tight-knit, results-oriented team that takes pride in every part produced.

    The Opportunity

We’re hiring a detail-oriented CNC Machinist Programmer to support high-spec production needs on a flexible part-time basis. You’ll program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components for a wide range of industrial applications. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, maintaining top-quality standards, and working independently—this is your chance to take ownership of a key production role with schedule flexibility.

    What You’ll Do

    Programming + Operation

    • Program and operate CNC machines (mills/lathes) using MasterCam for Haas and Fanuc controls

    • Adjust machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy and production efficiency

    • Select tools and determine optimal machining paths from blueprints and GD&T specs

    • Modify speeds, feeds, and cutting styles based on part geometry and materials

    Inspection + Maintenance

    • Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using precision tools: micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.

    • Perform regular machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, part replacement)

    • Troubleshoot programming and equipment issues with engineering and leadership teams

    Production + Assembly Support

    • Assemble machined components according to blueprint specifications

    • Collaborate with supervisors to meet deadlines and maintain output quality

    • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work area

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • 8+ years’ experience operating CNC mills and lathes

    • 5+ years programming with Haas/Fanuc controls and MasterCam

    • Comfort reading complex blueprints and working with GD&T

    • Familiarity with shop instrumentation: micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and independent problem-solving skills

    • Ability to lift 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, and wear required PPE

    • Detail orientation and pride in craftsmanship

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • Flexible part-time schedule tailored to your availability

    • Opportunity to work in a high-respect, low-politics shop environment

    • Stable company with international reach (Mexico and Europe)

    • Make an immediate impact in a critical hands-on production role
