We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist – Milling to join our team and take ownership of operating and maintaing our precision CNC milling machines. This is a hands-on, technical role best suited for someone with prior experience in CNC milling and a passion for producing high-quality, precison parts. Please note: This position requires previous CNC machining experience. Candidates without it will not be considered.
Your Duties:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
Load and align raw materials (metal, plastic, alloys).
Monitor machine operations and inspect workpieces for accuracy and quality.
Adjust tools and modify machine settings as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
Perform troubleshooting and machine maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Record daily production output, tool changes, scrap, and maintenance activity.
Your Profile:
High school diploma or GED equivalent .
Minimum of 2 years of CNC milling experience in a production environment.
Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
Familiarity with Heidenhain controls is a plus.
Solid understanding of CNC tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
Strong problem-solving ability, time management, and attention to detail.
Lives within a reasonable commute to Rock Hill, SC.

Competitive hourly pay starting at $22.00 – $28.00, based on experience and skill level.
Stable, full-time schedule with current openings on 1st and 2nd shifts; flexibility for rotational shifts as needed.
Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd.
