    STIWA is hiring a motivated and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and maintain CNC Milling Machines to produce high-precision components using a variety of materials such as metals, plastics, and alloys. You'll work from detailed blueprints, selecting the right tools and setups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.     Your Duties:

    Set up CNC machines by installing and adjusting necessary tools, gauges, and controls.

    Load raw materials into the machines and ensure proper alignment.

    Monitor the machines during operation to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality components.

    Make necessary adjustments to the machines as needed, such as changing cutting tools or modifying cutting parameters.

    Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

    Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors or malfunctions in a timely manner.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and best practices.

    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.

    Keep accurate records of production data, including output, scrap, and machine maintenance.

    Your Profile:

    High school diploma or GED equivalent

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist

    Familiarity with Heidenhain controls is a plus

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

    Willingness to work 1st and 2nd shifts, with potential for rotational shifts in the future based on business needs

    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cost awareness

    Ability to self-manage time, demonstrate reliability, and take ownership of responsibilities

    Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, while contributing positively to our team-oriented culture and supporting a strong, cohesive team dynamic.

    Preference for candidates living within a reasonable commuting distance to our Rockhill, SC location
