We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC milling equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

Program CNC Mill machines to meet detailed specifications and production goals

Operate and maintain CNC milling equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimal downtime

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process

Manufacture CNC parts accurately and efficiently according to production schedules

Manage and procure appropriate CNC tooling and supplies for ongoing operations

Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience in CNC programming and operation

Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate parts to spec

Ability to identify and resolve equipment or programming issues quickly

Familiarity with safety protocols and standard machining practices

Commitment to continuous improvement and reliability in a team environment
