Job Description

Join a team that is leading industrial manufacturer and is growing their CNC Machinists team to support mission-critical production.

• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
• Troubleshoot and ensure production workflow.
• Interpret engineering prints and GD&T tolerances to produce precision parts.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Program and edit CNC code (G-code), and work with CAD/CAM software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Solid CAM.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet delivery targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years+ Proven CNC machining experience in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with multi-axis machining (3-5 axis).
• Proficiency with G-code, CNC controls (FANUC / HAAS).
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Expert in precision measurement, inspection & quality control skills.
• Certificate of Technical or trade school training in machining.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP shop systems
