CNC Machinist

Pay: $21+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Overtime as Needed)
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile CNC Machinist with experience operating and setting up CNC equipment. Candidates with both CNC Lathe and CNC Mill experience are highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable machinist looking for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform measurements and inspections using precision tools
• Make program and tooling adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• CNC Lathe and Mill experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
