We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist – Turning to join our team and help operate and maintain our precision CNC turning machines. This is a hands-on, technical role ideal for someone with prior CNC machining experience. If you’re looking to grow your skills in a high-quality manufacturing environment and not just a general warehouse job we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: This position requires previous CNC machining experience. Candidates without it will not be considered.
Your Duties:
Set up CNC turning machines (e.g., DMGMORI) with appropriate tools, fixtures, gauges, and controls.
Load raw materials (metals, plastics, alloys) and ensure accurate alignment.
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform tool changes and parameter adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to verify specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors or malfunctions promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and overall efficiency.
Document production output, scrap, tool usage, and maintenance activities.
Your Profile:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; certification or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus
Proven experience operating CNC turning machines in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with G-code, CAD/CAM software, and turning techniques.
Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
DMGMORI lathe experience is a strong plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to Rock Hill, SC.
Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and strong communication skills.

Our Offer:
Competitive hourly pay starting at $22.00 – $28.00, based on experience and skill level.
Stable, full-time schedule with current openings on 1st and 2nd shifts; flexibility for rotational shifts as needed.
Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd.
