Job Description:

We are seeking a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer with 1-5+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to mold tooling including:

• Low pressure injection molds for investment castings

• Plastic injection molds (prototype, production, and dunnage molds) Must have

• Metal injection molds (MIM)

• RIM molds for foam mold tooling

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines to meet production requirements

• Build, modify, and maintain mold tooling across multiple applications

• Utilize precision hand tools and measurement instruments

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Ensure quality standards and adherence to safety protocols

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills/Tools:

• Proficiency in Cimatron or MasterCam

• Strong mold shop experience

• Background in automotive, defense, firearms, or consumer product tooling

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer

• Must have direct experience with mold building (investment, plastic, MIM, RIM)

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

Salary info:

$24 - $30 / hr
