    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician for 1st shift who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of CNC machinery, robotic systems, welding equipment, cranes, and general facility infrastructure. We are a precision machining and contract manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, volume production for automotive, military, and commercial industries. Core capabilities include CNC machining, material cutting, and secondary operations.

    CNC maintenance experience is required for this role!

    Available Shift

    • 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Starting Pay Range

    • $28 - $40/hr.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment (Okuma, Muratech, Fuji, Haitians)
    • Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robotic systems and CNC welding units
    • Understand and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
    • Install and run conduit, wire new equipment, and ensure proper grounding
    • Maintain saws, press machines, and automated production lines
    • Support basic MIG/TIG welding and fabrication as needed
    • Maintain and service crane systems and facility mechanical infrastructure
    • Monitor machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in a machining/manufacturing environment)
    • Strong knowledge of CNC systems, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting
    • Familiar with Okuma, Muratech, Fuji, and Fanuc control systems
    • Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools
    • Basic welding/fabrication knowledge (DAB/MIG/TIG)
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
