    CNC Metal Forming Operator
    Direct Hire | Minneapolis, MN | $28 - $32/hour

    Overview

    We’re looking for a skilled craftsman to join our team as a CNC Metal Forming Operator. This is hands-on work shaping light-gauge metal into precision curved components using specialized bending equipment. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and have experience measuring, cutting, and forming metal — whether from HVAC, construction framing, brake press, stamping, or sheet metal work — this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC bending machines to form accurate, high-quality metal components.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job tickets with attention to detail.
    • Measure precisely with tape measures, calipers, and other tools — accuracy is essential.
    • Perform finishing tasks such as flattening, flange adjustments, and twist correction to perfect each part.

    Qualifications

    • Skilled background in CNC, construction framing, HVAC sheet metal, brake press, stamping, or related metalwork.
    • Strong ability to read and use a tape measure with accuracy.
    • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
