We offer precision manufactured products to a vast customer base located throughout the US and overseas. Our current growth opportunities bring us to seek experienced CNC Programmers to satisfy and provide our growing customer base.

    CNC Machinist:

    CNC Machinist with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing knowledge for machining small to very large precision parts utilizing multi-axis machines. This position consists of full time employment with occasional overtime. Candidates must have a broad CNC machining knowledge and the ability to set up CNC lathes and mills with little to no assistance. CNC Machinist to demonstrate a professional and positive attitude as well as the passion for machining and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must demonstrate ability to setup and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills
    • Capable of reading G & M codes
    • Have a keen eye for quality and identify potential defects in machining of parts
    • Perform side operations as required while machine(s) are running
    • Maintain a 5-S work area along with machine PM
    • Report discrepancies in machining cycle times as soon as they are identified
    • Setup and produce parts in accordance with the production plan
    • Provide input to supervision to resolve quality problems and improve operations
    • Perform necessary side operations during machining
    • Adjust machine offsets, speeds and feeds to produce quality product and enhance tool life
    • Train operators in machining processes
    • Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude as well as the passion for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years’ experience for CNC machine setup
    • Ability to perform set-ups with little assistance
    • Must possess excellent machining fundamentals and philosophy along with good math skills
    • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, MOT’s and knowledgeable towards GD&T
    • Must be able to decipher proper speeds and feeds for soft and hard metals
    • Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometer, caliper, and height gauge
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Must possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Must possess the knowledge and initiative for suggesting process improvements
    • Trade School certificate or, equivalent preferred
    • Knowledge of machine controls Fanuc/HAAS
    • Must be able to read and understanding G/M codes
