Join our dynamic team in Grantsburg, WI, as a CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist! Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong background in milling and turning.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification preferred.

***We offer a 2nd shift differential of 15% on top of the hourly wage.

You'll receive paid time off after 90 days, plus paid holidays.

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
• ERP Software
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki)

Salary info:

$24 - $30 / hr
