Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and safety standards during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to work instructions and blueprints

• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Maintain consistent production output and quality standards

• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized

• Document production results and report issues to supervisors

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operating experience preferred (training may be available for the right candidate)

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently during night shift hours

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes

• Knowledge of G-code basics

• Manufacturing or machining background
