We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and Programmer to join our dynamic team in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
• Write and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAD/CAM software.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator and programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
