-Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part -production

-Select tools, set up machines, and perform machine calibration

-Troubleshoot CNC operations and assist with maintenance as needed

-Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and consistency

-Proficient in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360)

-Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting

-3+ years of CNC programming experience required
