HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The CNC Programmer creates machining instructions. This work often includes reviewing three-dimensional computer-aided/automated design (CAD) blueprints, determining where to cut, and other calculations. The Programmer then translates the instructions into a computer aided/automated manufacturing (CAM) program. The Programmer and/or the Operator of the machine check the program through first piece run off and first piece inspection approval. Other responsibilities:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE ****
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Moderate proficiency in CAM techniques
Expert understanding of geometric construction, working drawings, and engineering terms and standards
Proficient in the current release of AutoDesk FeatureCam Ultimate software preferred
Demonstrated effective spoken and written communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

** Hourly Postings (set starting pay):**
The hourly range for this position is $24.00 – 40.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program. Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
