    CNC Programmer – Your Job Duties

    You'll work closely with machinists, other programmers, and the quality team, using state-of-the-art machinery and technology.

    • Program CNC 3-axis, 4-axis & 5-Axis mills, Live Tooling Lathes, Swiss Screw and Wire EDM machines
    • Strategically plan projects by matching job requirements with the right machine capabilities, available capacity, and machinist expertise
    • Review CAD/solid models and develop efficient machining strategies
    • Support machinists on the shop floor with setups and troubleshooting
    • Help with project quoting, planning, and process improvements

    CNC Programmer - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

    You have:

    • Experience with hard materials programming on 3-axis and 4-axis mills (steel, titanium, Inconel or hard plastics outside of aluminum only) OR experience with programing on 5-axis mills in aluminum environment
    • Desire to learn and grow (and work on sophisticated technologies!)

    You might have:

    • Experience working with Matsuura
    • Mastercam or Esprit CAM software experience
    • Knowledge of Quality Management systems AS9100 and GD&T 

    CNC Programmer – Benefits for you

    • You will work out of our state-of-the-art Santa Ana, California, facility, with a team using the best CNC machining technologies.
    • Compensation will be $49 - $55 an hour (payable based upon experience), plus the potential to earn overtime for hours over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. You can anticipate about 10 hours of overtime per week, on average.
