    CNC Programmer/Machinist

    Buffalo, MN | Direct Hire | $35 - $40/hour

    Position Overview:

    Duties:

    • Program CNC machines for moderately complex projects using 3D CAD models.
    • Collaborate directly with our engineering and design teams to bring concepts to life.
    • Set up and operate CNC machines as needed to meet production goals.
    • Deliver high-quality results while meeting productivity targets and pushing for continuous improvement.
    • Troubleshoot issues, mentor team members, and contribute to process enhancements.
    • Communicate clearly with peers and leadership to support smooth operations.
    • Maintain strong attendance and a professional, proactive attitude.

    Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
    • 3+ years of programming experience with 3D CAD models.
    • Proficiency in Mastercam or others.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
