    Compensation & Schedule

    • $28.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience and skillset
    • 4-day workweek (Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts) Flexible Schedule can be discussed in interview
    • 7 paid holidays

    • Safety shoe reimbursement up to $75

    Job Function:

    • Create, update, and maintain CNC programs for multiple machines, including complex 3D toolpaths.
    • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, models, and job specifications to develop machining programs.
    • Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize machining performance.
    • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and tolerances.
    • Troubleshoot and adjust programs and machine setups to resolve machining issues.
    • Work closely with toolmakers and production personnel to improve efficiency and manufacturability.
    • Complete required documentation, including setup sheets and program records.
    • Comply with, and uphold all occupational safety policies, food safety policies, and work rules.

    Basic requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of CAM software programs and CNC programming.
    • Experience with 3D machining and programming.
    • Hands-on experience with CNC setup and machine operation.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
    • Ability to recognize quality and maintain tight tolerances.
    • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with team members.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization.
    • Ability to complete documentation and reports using computer applications.
    • Mathematical ability including basic arithmetic, geometry, and trigonometry.
