CNC Programmer/Set up/Operator

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Machinist Set-up and programmer.

Key Responsibilities Program (G-code) and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Set up machines, including fixturing, tooling selection, and offset adjustments to run production jobs efficiently Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications Perform quality inspections on parts using precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers, calipers, gauges) Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring optimal machine performance

Required Experience and Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist, focusing heavily on both set-up and programming Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM) is required Expert-level knowledge of G-code and M-code programming Experience working with a variety of materials (e.g. aluminum, steel, stainless steel) Ability to work independently
