What You’ll Do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC tool & cutter grinders
• Manufacture and resharpen high-performance cutting tools
• Work with advanced machines (Walter, ANCA, Rollomatic, or similar)
• Continuously improve processes and uphold the highest quality standards

• Proven experience with CNC tool/cutter grinding
• Ability to program and optimize grinding operations
