About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding equipment, ensuring the production of precision carbide tools that meet rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce precision carbide cutting tools.
- Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines.
- Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
