    About the Role:

    Phoenix Manufacturing Inc is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team in Oakdale, CA.     Responsibilities:

    Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components

    Interpret blueprints, technical drawings to execute machining operations

    Perform routine machine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance

    Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

    Troubleshoot machining issues and make offsets or program edits as needed

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop safety standards

    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet tight tolerances and delivery deadlines

    Requirements:

    2+ years of hands-on CNC milling experience in a production or job shop environment

    Proficiency with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak

    Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and GD&T specifications

    Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection processes

    Basic understanding of G-code programming and CAM software is a plus

    Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work

    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
