    CNE provides comprehensive IT asset management services for organizations and corporations. In this business line, we provide value-added services including logistics management, equipment refurbishment, data erasure, product re-marketing, sales, revenue sharing and reporting for our clients. We are headquartered in Peabody, MA with business operations around the world, including Asia, India, Europe and Latin America.

    CNE Direct, Inc. is also engaged in the business of wholesale distribution of technology equipment including computers, computer components and peripherals, networking and telecommunications hardware and other electronic products. We obtain supply on consignment and through direct purchase from end users, large manufacturers (OEM’s) and distributers who find themselves with excess inventory. We re-sell those products to end users, other OEM’s, distributers, resellers and brokers worldwide.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are searching for a Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our HR Team at CNE Direct! Reporting to the HR Manager this role assists with recruitment, benefits, full cycle recruiting payroll, performance management, compliance, training and development, travel, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate has both a knack and passion for the candidate experience and a near obsession for organization and process. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast paced innovate space.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Serve as a sought-after resource for all staff and managers.
    • Supports the HR Manager with recruiting & onboarding efforts in all CNE regions.
      • Manage all job postings and review resume submissions
      • Partner with hiring managers on assigned roles
      • Identify and develop new, innovative ways to message career opportunities to potential candidates
      • Schedule phone screens and interviews for candidates
      • Ensure effective onboarding of all new employees.
    • Support with creation and implementation of training and development initiatives.
    • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
    • Assist with the execution of engagement and cultural initiatives/programs/events using best practice strategies to promote a strong culture within CNE.
      • Manage HR engagement calendar
      • Create internal marketing/communication collateral for all company events
    • Process weekly payroll for temporary employees
    • Manage company HRIS platform (Goal tracking, quarterly/annual reviews, company holiday, etc)
      • Coach managers and staff in completing the performance review process to ensure feedback is provided
    • Maintain company records (personnel, medical, EEO, etc.)
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-4 years of experience as an HR coordinator, benefits administrator, or HR administrator, or talent development.
    • Self-motivated, quick learner, and eagerness to grow in the field of HR.
    • An affinity for process improvement.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior writing, proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects in parallel; integrity; accountability.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to work with senior management on highly confidential and sensitive data.
