    Job Description

    We are seeking a Client Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    CNH & Associates, LLC is looking for a Client Specialist who experience in the managing clients, office procedures, and data management. Prefer an applicant that understands the nonprofit industry. Must be a fast learner, possesses great attitudes and wants more out of life. It is a virtual remote position. We may be move to in person in future or over video. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Enter clients in our CRM system and manage the workflow charts, appointments, and upkeep all aspects of the products and services that we offer to clients.
    • Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing the calls as required, and handling all queries
    • Informing the consultants about impending appointments
    • Creating and maintaining office procedure documents and weekly invoice reports.
    • Answering emails and other electronic messages as required
    • Creating invoices and bills, processing forms, and managing vendors and contractors
    • Managing inventory and placing orders as required
    • Schedule Meetings and Marketing calendar for weekly posts
    • Send a monthly newsletter to clients via an active campaign
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order and restock office supplies
    • Be competent in Microsoft Office and Canva graphic design applications
    • Other office skills

    Required: High school graduate. Some college or Degree preferred

    Must have attention to detail, organized, customer-focused and reliable. ability to learn new programs quickly

    · Customer Service: 3 year (Preferred)

    · Computer Skills: 3 year (Preferred)

    This position pays $12 per an hour plus other incentives, depending on experience.

    Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, multitasking, excellent phone skills, etc. Part time position available with opportunity to become full-time.

    Days preferred: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Some weekend day on occasion (events only)
