HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim VP Nursing & Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a 75+ bed hospital in Colorado. This is a unique leadership opportunity within a CommonSpirit Health, focused on fostering psychological safety, empowering nursing leaders, and strengthening the culture of care across the organization.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing required (other master’s acceptable with BSN).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive clinical nursing leadership; Minimum of 5 years CNO experience required.
    
  • Experience in mid-size (100+ beds) rural or regional hospitals required.
  • CommonSpirit experience required.
  • Focus on leader-follower relationship repair, mentoring nursing leaders, and building a culture of empowerment and high reliability.
• License: RN in state of Colorado or compact RN required.
• Certification: Nurse Professional Certification required; BLS required
• EMR: EPIC experience strongly preferred.
