    Job Description Trip Operations: ● Review trip manifests for accuracy and efficiency. ● Handle patient, caregiver, and facility concerns or inquiries promptly. ● Review pre-assigned trips for the following day and make necessary adjustments. Communication: ● Answer staff questions and provide necessary support throughout the day. ● Call drivers intermittently throughout the day for updates and coordination. Communication with Supervisor: ● Daily phone call/video chat to set goals and review sales. ● Attend and present at leadership meetings. Scheduling and Time-Off Requests: ● Manage the weekly schedule, ensuring optimal coverage. ● Process and handle time-off requests efficiently. ● Monitor driver attendance and address any attendance-related issues. Administrative Support: ● Review and respond to voicemails in a timely manner. ● Aid in new developments for the company, contributing to organizational growth. ● Conduct interviews and check driver employment eligibility for recruitment purposes. ● Store and organize PCS forms and daily checklists systematically. Disciplinary Actions: ● Conduct all disciplinary actions, including warnings, write-ups, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Training Oversight: ● Conduct oversight of training to ensure they meet company standards and compliance requirements. Driver Duties: Flexible Field Assistance: ● Serve as a driver when needed, including covering for absent drivers, providing extra assistance, or addressing staffing shortages. Safe Driving Practices: ● Drive safely in various weather conditions. ● Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule. Patient Care and Transport: ● Load and unload patients via wheelchair and stretcher.

    ● Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout the transportation process. ● Interact courteously with facility staff, including receptionists, nurses, and other personnel. ● Coordinate efficiently with facility staff to ensure seamless patient handovers Vehicle Maintenance and Supplies: ● Report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety standards. ● Maintain the van and equipment, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition before, during, and after every use. ● Monitor and restock necessary supplies in the vehicle, ensuring it is well-prepared for each trip. Technology Proficiency: ● Operate basic cell phone and iPad application functions. ● Utilize an iPad with routing software for efficient navigation and scheduling. Internal Communication: ● Collaborate with the administrative team to address logistical challenges promptly and maintain open lines of communication. ● Report any issues or concerns promptly to the designated supervisor, contributing to a resolution-oriented environment.
