    Job Location: Remote work possible, with travel as needed to the corporate office, located in Santa Barbara, CA or Onsite at Santa Barbara office.

    Compensation: Salary annually, paid bi-weekly in accordance with the company’s schedule

    Availability: 8 am-5 pm PST, M-F, with the flexibility to accommodate deadlines

    E-commerce Marketing Analyst - Job Description Overview

    Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing, E-commerce, and ERP Administration, the eCommerce Marketing Analyst is responsible for these functional areas:

    1. Marketing and E-Commerce Reporting and Analysis

    2. Support internal and external marketing systems and processes

    This position will execute and analyze marketing initiatives at Carbon2Cobalt. Working with the company’s outside marketing partners and systems, this position will provide management with in-campaign trends and final campaign results, regular health status of the customer file and analysis of ongoing customer acquisition efforts. Analysis of marketing initiatives will include KPIs such as break-even calculations, retention/rebuy rates, lifetime value, assortment performance and other metrics as needed. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring internal and external systems are in sync, maintained accurately and according to schedule.

    In addition to the general and broad responsibilities listed above, the positions key responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

    · Utilize marketing systems to generate, assign, nurture, and report on Offers, Campaigns and Promotions. Suggesting strategy improvements where necessary.

    · Maintain reporting on Marketing Trends, KPIs, and other pertinent information on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

    · Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to customer acquisition and conversion rates.

    · Using company tools, such as: ERP systems, SQL Databases, and Excel, generate Ad Hoc reporting for Marketing and other areas; manage the ETL processes around Marketing data between internal and external systems.

    · Support digital marketing efforts by developing data such as promotions, UTM systemization, etc..

    · Work with the Digital Marketing team to maintain synergy between all consumer-facing channels (e.g.: Email, Landing Pages, Social Media, etc.).

    · Collaborate with creative and merchandising to maintain a conversion optimized webstore.

    This position requires the following professional experience and personal characteristics:

    At least 2 years working in a similar role for an e-Commerce company or brand.

    Google Analytics certified, GA4 a plus.

    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

    Strong analytical skills that allow you to collect and analyze large volumes of data.

    Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on e-Commerce concepts and KPIs.

    Experienced in creating SQL database queries to gather data from disparate sources with a working knowledge of ETL processes highly desired.

    Ability to support projects with a multi-functional team, external resource management, teamwork, commitment management.

    Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (work experience in lieu of degree be considered).

    Possible periodic travel to the corporate office, Santa Barbara, as required/needed.
