Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Controller to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Controller in monitoring the company’s financial status and accounting policies, review budgets, and ensure payments are submitted in a timely fashion. This essential position ensures our company is compliant with all accounting regulations, mitigates risks, and maximizes profits. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review and assist on controls for the performance of the group projects in development, construction, and operations

Review and analyze budgets, costs, and profits

Identify deviations from the budgets and assess such deviations

Set and monitor key performance indicators

Provide on time the periodic reports required by the group's headquarters in Europe

Create and present reports on the company’s financial performance

Elaboration of cash-flow projections

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Previous experience in a similar position is preferred

Understanding of all relevant accounting principles, procedures, and regulations

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and accounting software

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
