Our New Home Sales Specialist will show homes that fit potential buyers’ needs and inform them of all the benefits, products, and possibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will also generate leads and follow up on ones that can be converted into sales. In return for your hard work, you’ll be provided full administrative and marketing assistance and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities: Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills to determine potential buyers and meet monthly sales goals Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business and obtain monthly sales goals Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred A successful and proven sales history Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
